Replies that stall now recover on their own
If a model's reply stops partway, WebDIY retries once inside the same message and shows a note. When a model declines or a provider rejects a request, the chat says so plainly.

Your first message starts a conversation
WebDIY now talks your idea through before it builds. It asks what you want, sometimes with a short form, and then builds. The workbench opens by default.

Faster starts, and fewer stuck or lost replies
Improved
- New projects are set up the moment you create them.
- Messages start faster on projects you reopen.
- The chat says which stage a message is at.
Fixed
- A provider error between steps no longer ends a message as if it had finished.
- A message's replies are saved even if your sign-in expires while it runs.
Improved
Your work is saved as WebDIY writes it
Files are saved during a message, not only at its end. If a message is interrupted, WebDIY recovers the work automatically and tells you.
