### When will I be charged?

Pro and Max are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. Monthly plans renew each month, while annual Pro renews once a year. Your plan and credits become available as soon as your payment is confirmed. You can find invoices and download PDFs in Billing.

### What payment methods does WebDIY accept?

We accept card payments in US dollars through Stripe, with additional verification when required by your bank. WebDIY never sees your full card number. UPI, bank transfers, and payments by invoice aren’t currently supported.

### Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You can cancel anytime from Billing. Your paid plan stays active until the end of your current billing period, then switches to Free. Your projects and purchased credits remain available.

### Can I get a refund?

Subscription payments and credit purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law. If you notice an incorrect charge, contact [support@web.diy](mailto:support@web.diy) and we’ll help you look into it.

### Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?

Yes, on Pro. Switching from monthly to yearly takes effect immediately. Switching from yearly to monthly takes effect when your annual billing period ends. Max is available with monthly billing only.

### Who can manage billing and purchase credits?

Organization Owners and Admins can change plans and purchase credits. Builders can view their organization’s credit balance but cannot make purchases. Plans, credits, and team seats belong to the organization.

### Do unused credits roll over?

Monthly plan credits don’t carry over. Free credits reset to 500 on the first day of each month (UTC), while Pro and Max credits reset each month, including on annual Pro plans. Daily credits don’t accumulate, but purchased credits never expire and remain available when you change plans.

### Does opening a project use credits?

Yes, a small amount. Opening a project or preview starts your app’s development computer, which uses approximately 21 credits per hour while running. It pauses after 10 minutes of inactivity. Usage is charged to the organization, regardless of who opens the project.

### What happens when I run out of credits?

When your credits run out, you won’t be able to continue building until you get more. Your published apps stay online. You can purchase additional credits or continue when your daily or monthly credits refresh.

### Can I use my own AI API key?

Yes, on every plan. An Owner or Admin can add an Anthropic or OpenAI API key under Settings → Models. Supported models then use your own key, so their token usage won’t consume WebDIY credits. Your app’s development computer still uses credits.
